Aozzby Global Services Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality apparel for men, women, and kids. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our updated Cancellation, Returns, and Refund policies below.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time, including after it has been shipped.

  • Before Shipping:
    Contact our customer support team to cancel your order. A full refund will be issued.

  • After Shipping:
    If the order has already shipped, you can initiate a return after receiving the item. See Section 5: Return Process.

Refund Timeline (TAT): Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Timeframe: Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate wear

  • Personalized or custom-made clothing

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Apparel that has been visibly used or damaged after delivery


4. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Exceptions: Delivery times may vary due to product availability, your location, or unexpected delays.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Support: Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Package the Item: Securely package the product in its original condition.

  3. Ship to Return Address: Our team will provide the appropriate return address.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of wear, is returned late, or has missing tags, a partial refund may be issued.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement for the same item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll assist with the exchange process at no additional cost if the issue is on our end.
